We loved the location on the waterfront, right next to a busy bridge. It provided a beautiful view of the Rhine river, and it was within walking distance to many Cologne landmarks as we were staying for Gamescom. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options.

A hidden gem with excellent food and attentive service. We arrived late and were actually surprised by the amazing restaurant. The staff were great too accommodate us and even secured a parking space. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the Alps. a great experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being situated by the river, making it a lovely walk to the city center. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar and air conditioning. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at check-out who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The facilities, including the fitness center and sauna, were excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had a unique and contemporary design with interesting art pieces. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The entrance staircase was inconsiderate and difficult to maneuver. The carpet in the room was dirty and in need of cleaning.
